I am a specialist in Construction Project Management and Real Estate Development. My work focuses on the management, execution and marketing of residential and commercial buildings; from its beginning to its completion, guaranteeing its timely delivery by making an adequate administration of physical, technological, human and financial resources.
My resume, experience, and skills in planning, innovation and problem solving are a guarantee of quality and compliance. I have carried out more than 36 projects as a developer, translated into more than 500,000 m2 (5,381,955 SF) built, more than 4,000 housing units and more than USD 500 Million in sales; and participated in more than 250 projects totaling more than 3,300,000 m2 (35,520,904 SF) built as a contractor.

In my career managing and directing building projects I have had to handle all kinds of scenarios and situations. This has allowed me to consolidate many learnings and thus have a competitive advantage when facing new challenges.
My goal is to be a strategic ally for organizations to fulfill their promise of value according to their strategic planning, market needs and compliance with quality standards, favorably impacting the performance of their projects.
Within my work I always carry out value engineering which allows me to propose technical and economic alternatives for the benefit of the projects; always controlling times, costs, quality and safety

We have an important track record in the development of housing, retail, office, hotel and shopping center projects with high impact and value. INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT
I am part of the initiative ids Infrastructure Development Services with which we provide solutions to public and private infrastructure developers at an international level, assisting them in the development of projects.
We are an excellent option for the establishment in Latin America of small and medium-sized companies related to the construction industry: engineering consultants, specialized construction companies, technological service providers, manufacturers of equipment, machinery, supplies and materials.
We focus on the fields of renewable energy (mini hydroelectric, solar, wind, biomass), power transmission lines, gas pipelines, roads, highways, railways, ports, airports, bridges, tunnels, buildings, smart cities, telecommunications, water and sanitation, treatment and disposal of waste, among others.
heavy machinery
I have extensive experience directing national and international companies related to the manufacture, sale and rental of heavy machinery and construction equipment. Particularly in relation to lifting equipment such as tower cranes and hydraulic cranes, concrete plants and pumps, and foundation and piling equipment. Similarly, due to this work, I have knowledge in logistics, international trade and handling of special cargo in terms of imports, exports, handling of free zones and special regimes.
