CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

As a manager, I use specialized project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, and construction of real estate projects from start to finish.

I have more than 15 years of experience building housing, hotels and shopping centers. Within my work I always carry out value engineering which allows me to propose technical and economic alternatives for the benefit of the projects. Always controlling times, costs, quality and safety.

In the same way, I also carry out land negotiations for purchase or contribution, the structuring of multi-family projects from their feasibility stage, the creation of real estate trusts, the coordination of civil engineering and architecture projects from their preliminary stages.

Among my soft skills are transformational leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, effective communication and innovation.
