Daniel Alberto is the Chief Operations and Projects Officer at a prestigious real estate development company. His extensive experience as a developer and constructor is reflected in the successful execution of over 36 projects, with a built area of over 500,000 m2 (5,381,955 SF) and the sale of more than 4,000 housing units, generating revenues of over USD 500 million.

In addition, he has worked as a contractor for machinery and labor supply in over 250 projects, totaling more than 3,300,000 m2 (35,520,904 SF) built.

Daniel is a highly skilled, trilingual professional with an impressive set of degrees and certifications, including an MBA, PMP, MPM, MCM, EngPM, PCM, CSM, KMP, AHPP, SSYB, and CM-Lean. In addition to his domain of several languages, he has specialized in construction management and real estate development, and has obtained certifications in Project Management, Lean Construction, Agile Methodologies, and Six Sigma. His dedication to learning is also reflected in the prestigious accreditations he has achieved from institutions such as Harvard and Wharton.

Thanks to his solid academic background and extensive experience in various areas, Daniel has been invited as a lecturer at the Construction Management Institute of the Bundeswehr University in Munich. His ability to share his knowledge and experiences has significantly enriched the learning of those who have had the opportunity to attend his conferences.

He has successfully implemented frameworks based on PMI and adopted predictive, agile, and hybrid methodologies, as well as Lean Construction tools. Additionally, he has led the incorporation of the IPD methodology to promote collaboration among stakeholders and has focused projects on sustainability, obtaining EDGE certifications.

Daniel is a serial entrepreneur with a successful track record in construction, real estate, heavy machinery, infrastructure, and hospitality. His leadership and focus on innovation and sustainable development make him an inspiring mentor.

He has been part of prominent organizations in construction, real estate management, and projects, such as the Steering Committee of the ICPMA and membership in GRI Club, FIABCI, PMI, and iDirectores.

Beyond his professional role, he is the proud husband of Natalia and father of Simón and Mateo. He is known as "El Oso" and is passionate about startups, racing cars, numismatics, chess, and heavy metal.
