Board of Directors

The Boards of Directors and the administrative councils are the link between the company and its shareholders. They must define the strategy, approve the policies, define the level of risk and guarantee equal treatment for all partners. In the same way, they must ensure the veracity of the financial information.

The Board of Directors is the one that establishes the elements for the evaluation of the management of the managers or administrators and must therefore be the manager of the corporate governance of the company.

I have had the opportunity to be a member of the board of directors of several companies, some of them from the construction sector. Which have been an excellent opportunity for growth and professional learning. In the same way, they have allowed me to make relevant contributions in terms of strategic planning and crisis management for companies.
